NLMK Group among Russia’s best employers according to HeadHunter
NLMK Group was ranked within Russia’s top three employers among industrial companies according HeadHunter.
The Company received high scores from current and former employees, willing to recommend employment with NLMK Group. Survey respondents mentioned the Company’s framework for employee development as one of its greatest strengths. They noted that NLMK offers opportunities to grow professionally, learn a new job, gain unique experience and develop leadership skills.
The Company creates conditions and opportunities for each employee to fulfil their potential. Advanced workplace facilities at the Group’s locations allow employees to acquire new skills in robotization, 3D modelling and printing, VR, machine vision, and AI-powered digital services. Innovative technologies enable employees to take on new production roles and unlock their potential faster.
The NLMK University offers about 200 training programmes in managerial and professional skills. Available to all employees, these programmes cover all key areas from strategic and leadership-driven management to tailored courses on the steel industry and workshops on AI deployment.
More than a third of all new NLMK Group employees in 2025 were referred to the Company by existing employees, or by their friends and family. This confirms that the Company has built a compelling corporate culture.
NLMK Group was ranked among the best employers in two more reputable Russian ratings. At the end of 2025, the Company received the Platinum status from Forbes for the third time and ranked in the leading tier of the RBC ranking for the second time.
