Natural gas upgrade of off-site utilities for Parus Health Resort
The project aimed to improve efficiency of fuel and energy consumption and reduce non-production losses of energy due to operation of the outdated fuel-oil boiler house.
Project scope:
1. Construction of a gas distribution and metering station and laying of a gas supply tie-in line for the new boiler house.
2. Construction of a new modular boiler house.
3. Installation of utility networks for water supply, heating, sewerage, communications and power supply with connection to existing general utilities.
Since the Parus Health Resort, operated by the Novolipetsk Medical Centre Association, commissioned the new high-efficiency gas-fuelled modular solution, in 2024 the boiler house was able to fully discontinue the use of fuel oil. The new boiler house has significantly reduced electricity and fuel oil consumption, and reduced fuel transportation costs. It requires less expenditure on repairs and maintenance, and has a lower environmental impact.
