Dolomit is one of the largest Russian suppliers of dolomite for the steel industry. Dolomite produced by Dolomit is used as a flux in steelmaking. The mine is located at the Dankovskoye dolomite deposit, around 90 kilometres from Novolipetsk, NLMK Group’s main production site. Thanks to Dolomit, NLMK Group is able to meet its demand for the basic types of fluxes.
