NLMK Group was awarded the highest tier in two leading ratings of Russian employers. The Company has received the Platinum status from Forbes for the third time and ranked in the leading tier of employers according to RBC for the second time.
NLMK Lipetsk has implemented a timber recycling process that converts waste wood into charcoal. The resulting coal then substitutes a part of the fuel that goes into the production of ferroalloys, the additives that improve metal properties.
NLMK Group has ranked second among industrial companies in HeadHunter’s Rating of Russian Employers and came 13th overall among all Russia’s leading companies. The company also maintained its leadership in the maturity of HR processes in 2024.
NLMK Group ranked 14th in the Future Today rating of Russia’s best employers for 2025 in the “Best for Their Target Audience” category, and 2nd among metals and mining companies.
Forbes Magazine ranked NLMK Group in the leading Platinum group of best employers in Russia. This makes NLMK one of 26 Russian companies to be awarded the Platinum rank.
NLMK Group’s projects, implemented as part of the Clean Air Initiative, have significantly improved the quality of air in the city of Lipetsk. Emission reductions across the site’s major sources exceeded the original plan by 2.5 times.
