NLMK Group operates in accordance with applicable laws and high ethical standards of doing business. Compliance with NLMK's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct is an essential condition for every NLMK Group employee.
NLMK's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct sets out the basic rules for the ethical interaction of our employees with each other, as well as with other stakeholders, i.e. shareholders, counterparties, regulators and other parties whose interests are affected by our business.
The Code outlines basic principles governing both the conduct of our company as a whole and the individual conduct of each of our employees. These principles link together our corporate values and the rules set forth in the company's bylaws.
Through continuous improvement, we strive not only to comply literally with the standards set out in the Code and bylaws, but also to follow the spirit of the Code in every aspect of our operations.

We guarantee that your report will be given due consideration. We also guarantee confidentiality and protection against any form of retaliation to any person that reported a violation in good faith.
