NLMK Group is constantly improving in order to meet the best international standards, including in the field of countering corruption and fraud. The company has established a compliance unit within its Legal Department. Among other functions, this unit offers each employee an opportunity to report violations of anti-corruption requirements. We guarantee that no sanctions can be imposed on employees who refuse to participate in corrupt practices, and we make every effort to ensure the confidentiality of information on individuals who have reported violations in good faith and to protect them from any form of pressure and discrimination.»
