Novolipetsk Steel (NLMK), the LSE-listed leading Russian steel producer, today announces its consolidated US GAAP results for Q2 2010.

The Board of Directors of Novolipetsk Steel, NLMK (LSE: NLMK), the leading Russian steel producer, today recommended an interim dividend in respect of the first six months of 2010 of RUR 0.62 per ordinary share (1 Global Depositary Share = 10 ordinary shares).

NLMK (LSE: NLMK) has today published on its website Q2 2010 Russian Accounting Standards (RAS) financial results for its major Russian subsidiaries in accordance with Russian regulatory requirements. The RAS accounting results of NLMK Group's major Russian subsidiaries are not indicative of the financial condition or results of these entities under US GAAP.
